Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a first-class Bachelor’s degree (minimum 60% aggregate marks) in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university or institution. For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required. Final year students awaiting results are also eligible to apply, provided they can produce the necessary certificates at the time of document verification.

Selection Process
The selection process comprises two stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Assesses technical knowledge and aptitude.
- Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in each section and an overall 60% to qualify.
- Personal Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be called for an interview.
- Final selection is based on combined performance in CBT (85% weightage) and Interview (15% weightage).
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training period with a monthly stipend of ₹40,000. Upon successful completion, they will be absorbed as Engineers in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 with applicable allowances and benefits as per company norms.
