Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a first-class Bachelor’s degree (minimum 60% aggregate marks) in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university or institution. For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required. Final year students awaiting results are also eligible to apply, provided they can produce the necessary certificates at the time of document verification.

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: 27 years as of April 30, 2025
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
    • PwD: 10 years

Selection Process

The selection process comprises two stages:

  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):
    • Assesses technical knowledge and aptitude.
    • Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in each section and an overall 60% to qualify.
  2. Personal Interview:
    • Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be called for an interview.
    • Final selection is based on combined performance in CBT (85% weightage) and Interview (15% weightage).

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training period with a monthly stipend of ₹40,000. Upon successful completion, they will be absorbed as Engineers in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 with applicable allowances and benefits as per company norms.
