Eligibility Criteria for RTE Maharashtra 2025
Residential Proof – You must reside within 1 km radius of the selected school
Annual Income – Family income should be below ₹1 lakh for EWS; Below ₹2 lakh for OBC/SC/ST
Category – SC, ST, VJNT, OBC, SBC, disabled, orphan, single-parent, etc.

What to Do After RTE Lottery Selection?
If your child’s name appears in the lottery:
- Download Allotment Letter
- Visit the School with all required documents
- Complete Admission Formalities by May 25, 2025
- Wait for Final Confirmation from the school authority
If you fail to confirm admission in time, the seat may be forfeited.
